Each line is assembled and tested against the project requirements: component preparation, machine assembly, roll tooling setup, trial production with actual material, sample verification and pre-shipment testing.

All key stages of machine production are completed in house: CNC machining, roller machining, frame machining, assembly, electrical wiring and machine testing. Each stage is inspected before the next one begins, and finished lines are tested with actual material before shipment.
Lines have been engineered and delivered to customers in Brazil, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa, supported by a dedicated after-sales service team.
