Jiangsu X Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in the engineering, manufacturing and integration of customized roll forming systems and automated metal forming production lines.
We work from the customer’s finished profile backward — analyzing the product geometry, material, tolerance, production capacity and manufacturing process before developing the equipment solution.
X Machinery provides solutions for a wide range of applications, including cable tray and strut systems, industrial racking and shelving, grain silo systems, C/U/Z structural profiles, floor decking, insulated sandwich panels and customized industrial profiles.

Our capabilities extend beyond roll forming. According to each project, punching, leveling, welding, servo feeding, flying cutting, automatic changeover, stacking and packaging can be integrated into one complete production system.
From initial profile analysis and roll tooling development to mechanical design, manufacturing, assembly, trial production and commissioning, our engineering team focuses on three fundamental objectives: product accuracy, production efficiency and long-term reliability.
Manufacturing
All key stages completed in house
All key stages of roll forming machine production are completed in house: CNC machining, roller machining, frame machining, assembly, electrical wiring and machine testing. Each stage is inspected before the next one begins.
Key mechanical components and tooling are prepared according to the approved machine design, and mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control systems are then integrated into the complete production line.
Quality control
Every line assembled and tested to project requirements
Every roll forming line is assembled and tested according to the specific requirements of the project. Our manufacturing and validation process focuses on the key factors that directly affect production performance.
Roll tooling, guides, cutting units and related mechanisms are installed and adjusted according to the required profile. The line is then tested with actual material whenever applicable, to verify forming stability, cutting performance and production continuity.
Finished profiles are checked against the customer’s drawings and agreed product requirements, and machine operation, control functions and major production processes are verified before shipment.
